Kecia is the Leader of Pillsbury’s Section 337 IP Litigation Practice, resident in the Washington, DC office. She has been practicing Section 337 litigation for 20 years, has litigated more than 50 cases before the International Trade Commission (ITC), andhas a list of victories.

As lead counsel, Kecia has won for complainants and respondents in patent and trademark cases in various technical fields, including mechanical devices, consumer electronics, medical devices, and chemical materials. Kecia was a Senior Investigative Staff Attorney for the Office of Unfair Import Investigations at the ITC from 2007-2012. Kecia is also a registered patent attorney and has represented clients before the PTAB and in U.S. district courts.
