GEM Fellow, Samantha Bell, wins big at Virtual JHU Business Plan Competition
Samantha Bell is a current GEM Fellow and is part of a startup, Personix. Personix is a B2B SaaS company that aims to help product managers make better decisions. They use deep learning and natural language processing to analyze customer discovery interviews and extract product decision insights. With Personix, companies can better empathize with their customers and make the products they really want. During the last couple of months, Personix won the JHU Business Plan Competition, graduated from JHU Fast Forward U’s Fuel accelerator program, and won the FFU Crowd Choice Award. Additionally, they validated their problem by conducting over 40 customer interviews with PMs from a variety of different industries. They also secured their first lead user – a product manager at Microsoft!
