Marcos Santos is Vice President in the Transaction Advisory practice at Resource Global Professionals (RGP), a management consulting firm with 3K+ employees, and 1.7K+ clients worldwide. His responsibilities include managing the delivery of major, transformational projects related to mergers & acquisitions / divestiture deals as well as wind-down and public readiness efforts. His background consists of 25+ years of M&A and program management in consulting (RGP, BearingPoint & Accenture), corporate development (Agilent Technologies & PayPal) and private equity (Forte Capital).

Prior to RGP, Marcos was the M&A Integration Program Lead at Agilent Technologies where he assisted the executive team with global corporate initiatives related to the integration of acquired firms. Before that, he served as Senior Director of Operations Strategy for PayPal where he led the group’s customer care strategic transformational projects.

In addition to being on the GEM Alumni Board, Marcos also served on the Digital Marketing Advisory Board for Chico State University.

Marcos received his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and Masters of Science in Management Science and Engineering both from Stanford University.
