Hannibal Barake

Client Management Specialist

Hannibal Barake has been with The National GEM Consortium for the last year. He currently serves as the Programs coordinator for the operations team as well as the Fellowship coordinator. Most of his duties include being the liaison between applicants/ current Fellows and our team/clients. Hannibal also helps with the application process, onboarding and assisting with fellow inquiries.

Hannibal attended Virginia State University, where he studied Marketing and business. Before joining GEM, Hannibal worked as a Sales Manager for XBP marketing where he helped grow sales, streamlined business acquisition and acquired clients. In his spare time, Hannibal is a proud small business owner for a logistics and trucking company based in northern Virginia.
